Laura Spalding PG Dip, BSc, MCSP, HPC, ACPAT (A)
Having grown up on a stud farm in County Durham, animals - especially horses and dogs - have been a huge part of Laura’s life. Laura learned to ride at a young age and has vast experience of handling horses.
Laura gained her BSc honours degree in 2009 at the University of Liverpool. Since then she has worked across the East Midlands for the NHS and in private practice as a physiotherapist, treating mainly musculoskeletal problems, sports injuries and neurological conditions. In 2011 she travelled to Japan and spent two weeks working with a rugby team as their physiotherapist. She has recently returned from a ski season in the French Alps.
In 2012 Laura completed her postgraduate diploma in veterinary physiotherapy from the Royal Veterinary College, London. She hopes to split her time as a physiotherapist, working equally with animals and humans.
